Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Nutrivend Wholesale, we understand the importance of fast, reliable delivery for our trade customers. Below is our full shipping policy for UK and international orders.
Dispatch Times
- Same-Day Dispatch on all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day
- No dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays
Delivery Speeds
- Next Working Day Delivery for all UK Mainland parcel orders

1–2 working days for pallet shipments
Delivery times may extend during peak periods or in cases of courier delays (weather, road closures, operational issues).
Shipping Charges (UK Mainland)
- Free Delivery: Orders £150+ (ex VAT)
- Standard Delivery. £9.95 (ex VAT) for orders under £150
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
- Delivery charges vary by region and will be quoted individually. Delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days.
International & EU Orders
- Shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis
- All international shipments are sent DAP/DDU
- Customers are responsible for import VAT, duties, and customs clearance fees
Click & Collect (Pontyclun HQ)
Trade customers may collect orders directly from our site.
- Please place your order at least 1 hour before collection
- Collection times: 10am–4pm, Monday–Friday
Failed / Declined Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the following may apply:
- Re-delivery charge
- Return courier fee
- Re-packing/handling fees
