Shipping Policy

Delivery Speed 

Whatever you order, you will enjoy a fantastic delivery service. We pride ourselves in getting you the products you need exactly when you want.

Flexible Delivery 

When it comes to delivery, you are the driver. By default, we deliver at the next available date, but you can choose when your order will be delivered.

For Business Customers Orders: 

If you place an order which includes our wholesale program, the following order schedule will apply. 

  • Order before 2pm on Monday and receive your order by Close of Business Wednesday.

  • Order before 2pm on Tuesday and receive your order by Close of Business Thursday.

  • Order before 2pm on Wednesday and receive your order by Close of Business on Friday.

  • Order before 2pm on Thursday and receive your order by Close of Business on Monday.

  • Order before 2pm on Friday and receive your order by Close of Business on Tuesday.

 

Please be aware that the first available delivery date may not be the day shown above in the unlikely event of operational or stock related issues. If and when this is the case, we will always do our best to communicate this, so you are aware.

For All Other Orders: 

If you place an order which is not part of our wholesale program, the following order schedule will apply. 

  • Order before 7am on Monday and receive your order on Wednesday. 

  • Order before 7am on Tuesday and receive your order on Thursday. 

  • Order before 7am on Wednesday and receive your order on Friday. 

  • Order before 7am on Thursday and receive your order on Saturday. 

  • Order before 7am on Friday and receive your order on Tuesday.

Track Your Order 

You can track your order once it has been processed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your courier and full tracking details. The tracking details vary by courier.

Delivery Notifications 

On the day of your delivery you will receive SMS messages or emails letting you know your order will be delivered and confirmation it has been delivered. 

Once you order you will receive the following notifications: 

  1. Confirmation your order is on the van for delivery on the day of delivery. 

  2. Notification your order will be delivered within a specific time slot. 

  3. Confirmation your order has been delivered once successful. 

Please ensure you double check your mobile phone number and email when placing your order. Please also be aware that the times mentioned are estimates and drivers can be delayed due to factors outside their control. 

All deliveries can be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour but if you wish to sign for your delivery yourself our notifications will help.

We deliver pretty much anywhere in the UK. But there are some extended delivery areas in the UK where you may have to wait an extra business day for your delivery:

If you live in one of these extended delivery areas, we recommend you choose delivery dates that fall only between a Tuesday and Thursday. 

Unfortunately, there are some areas of the UK we do not deliver to right now: 

Delivery Costs 

For orders over £75, our Premium Tracked Delivery with alerts is just £1. 

We charge £5.99 for our Premium Tracked Delivery with SMS alerts for order under £75. 

Noticing a higher delivery charge? A £8 charge is added to orders when the basket value of the items is under our minimum threshold: 

For Ambient only orders the basket value minimum is just £20 

You can avoid the additional charge by adding more products to your basket.

My order has not been delivered 

If you are not at home when delivery of your order has been attempted, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions. 

Normally, they will attempt to deliver the very next working day unless instructed otherwise, however, we would advise you to contact the courier service to confirm this. 

You may be able to collect your order from the nearest delivery depot – although we advise you to contact the courier service to discuss this option.

How do I change my delivery date? 

If you need to select an alternate delivery date you can do this via your Nutrivend account. 

Simply log in to your account and click future orders. 

From here you can click the date your order is due for and make any changes. 

Please note; if you need to change your delivery date for an order you have placed, you must make the change while your order is in the Future Orders section. As soon as your order has started to be processed, we are unable to make any changes. 

What if I am not in when you deliver? 

If you are not in to accept your order the courier will either leave in your designated safe place or leave with a neighbour if possible - so be sure to check prior to contact us. 

How do I update my delivery address? 

If you need to select an alternate delivery address you can do this via your Nutrivend account. 

Simply log in to your account and click address book. 

From here you can edit or add a new delivery or billing address. 

Please note; if you need to change your delivery address for an order you have placed, you must make the change while your order is in the Future Orders section. As soon as your order has started to be processed, we are unable to make any changes.
